Once a course is purchased and access is granted, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access to learning materials, all course sales are considered final.
However, in special circumstances, we may allow rescheduling to the next available batch if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

For one-on-one appointments:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Requests made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
All payments made for courses, reports, or sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or access has been granted.
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as technical errors or duplicate payments.
If you need to reschedule your session or course batch, please contact us in advance. Rescheduling will depend on availability and approval by the Aatmiik team.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
